THE SKY-HIGH FLIGHT
The Sky High Flight Playground is situated at the public square outside the Copenhagen Airport in Denmark. The square is one of the first impressions for visitors when arriving in Denmark and one of the last ones before leaving. We're proud to have created a playground that welcomes people from all around the world.
The playground consists of an 8-meter long airplane with a cockpit inside for the kids to climb in and take control of the plane. The smaller clouds next to the airplane are great for the kids to climb inside. The plane is positioned on a 5-meter tall cloud with a slide on the side.
The insides of the cloud are fun for kids to explore and figure out how to get to the plane. There is a slide down from the airplane, which is elegantly designed and hidden in the cloud.
The playground is placed right outside of the entrance to the airport and can be seen when entering and leaving.

The clouds can be climbed and the kids can jump from one to the other.
The clouds are designed with space between the wooden boards. This creates visibility through the construction, making it possible for kids to play with other kids or interact with parents on the outside.
